Assignment 1/ Day 1:
Work with your group to form a hypothesis to the question. Write your hypothsis on a piece of paper and turn it in to Ms. Lewis.
Take home the worksheet and conduct a survey of everyone that lives in your house. Identify whether they have the dominant or recessive expression of each of the traits that we are looking at. Tally your numbers on the worksheet and bring it back tomorrow.

Assignment 2/ Day 2:
Work with your group to tally all of your numbers. Choose one representative to put your data up on the SmartBoard with the rest of the class data. As a group, we will tally the total class results, and then combine them with my other classes results. We will then submit the data onto the CIESE website. submit data
Assignment 3/ Day3
We will download the data compiled on the Ciese website. Work with your group to analyze the data and form a conclusion to your original hypothesis. Each of you need to write a conclusion to be turned in. Don't forget to use the proper format (IFHL):
- We investigated...
- We hypothesized...
- We found... (don't forget to include specific data)
- We learned...
Your conclusion should be typed and will be due at the end of the week. Your conclusion will be worth 12 points. (2 points each for IHFL, including specific data, and proper grammer and spelling)
Closure
Now that you have analyzed the data and formed a conclusion to your original hypothesis, we will have a class debate.
